RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO
EMERGENCY VEHICLE SALES AND SERVICE OF
ALEXANDER, IOWA, FOR THE PURCHASE OF
AMBULANCE, IN THE AMOUNT OF $117, 320 . 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Emergency Vehicle Sales and Service of
Alexander, Iowa, in the amount of $117, 320 . 00, for the Purchase
of Ambulance, described in the specifications heretofore adopted
by this Council for said purchase, after public hearing on
published notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of January, 2009 .
