RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO
WATERLOO IMPLEMENT INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2009 JOHN DEERE
3720 UTILITY TRACTOR WITH ATTACHMENTS, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $50, 986 . 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Waterloo Implement Inc . of Waterloo, Iowa,
in the amount of $50 , 986 . 00, for the Purchase of One (1) 2009
John Deere 3720 Utility Tractor With Attachments, described in
the specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
purchase, after public hearing on published notice required by
law, be and is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of March, 2009 .
