RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO
WATERLOO IMPLEMENT OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE
PURCHASE OF ONE (1) JOHN DEERE 1565
COMMERCIAL OUTFRONT MOWER, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$21, 570 . 00, MINUS $3 , 670 . 00 TRADE-IN, FOR A
NET TOTAL PRICE OF $17, 900 . 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Waterloo Implement of Waterloo, Iowa, in the
amount of $21, 570 . 00, minus $3 , 670 . 00 trade-in, for a net total
price of $17, 900 . 00, for the Purchase of One (1) John Deere 1565
Commercial Outfront Mower, described in the specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council for said purchase, after
public hearing on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of February, 2009 .
