WHEREAS, the Project Cooperation and Temporary and Permanent Easement Agreement for the hereinafter described parcels is to allow for the construction of a new lift station on South View Associate's property located at 3451 East Orange Road and connection of the lift station to City sewer lines, legally described as follows: Temporary Easement For pump station and force main situated in part of the Southeast of Section 18 Township 88 North, Range 12 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, City of Waterloo, County of Black Hawk, State of Iowa. Containing 9,387 square feet or 0.21 acre.
