RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD JDF BID TO TENNANT
COMPANY OF MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA, FOR
PURCHASE OF ONE (1) TENNANT S30 SWEEPER, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $37, 308 . 22 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Tennant Company of Minneapolis, Minnesota,
in the amount of $37, 308 . 22, for the Purchase of One (1) Tennant
S30 Sweeper, described in the specifications heretofore adopted
by this Council for said purchase, after public hearing on
published notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the
same being the lowest bid received for said purchase.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of January, 2009 .
