This is to request that Council adopt resolutions to preliminarily approve the
CAROLYN plans and specifications for one Tennant S30 Sweeper, and to instruct the City
COLE Clerk to publish notice of hearing on plans, specifications, etc. and taking of bids,
fi z,1` and to set date of hearing and bid opening as December 22, 2008.

Ward' Riverloop Expo Plaza. Funding is available through the CIP program for this
