RESOLUTION NO. 2008-1015
RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO POM
INCORPORATED OF RUSSELLVILLE, ARKANSAS FOR
PURCHASE OF 100 PARKING METERS AND RELATED
EQUIPMENT, IN THE AMOUNT OF $32, 501 . 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of POM Incorporated of Russellville, Arkansas,
in the amount of $32, 501 . 00, for the Purchase of 100 Parking
Meters and Related Equipment, described in the plans and
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
project, after public hearing on published notice required by law,
be and is hereby accepted.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of November, 2008 .
