RESOLUTION NO. 2008-810
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC. , FOR THE PURCHASE OF PARKING
METERS AND RELATED EQUIPMENT, PROJECT NO. TRF
153-08 .
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
Superintendent of Traffic Operations, to prepare and file
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. , for the
Purchase of Parking Meters and Related Equipment, Project No. TRF
153-08, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Traffic Operations has filed
said specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. , and
the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc. , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of September, 2008 .
