RESOLUTION NO. 2013-803
RESOLUTION APPROVING REAL ESTATE PURCHASE
AGREEMENT WITH BBS REAL ESTATE HOLDINGS, LLC
OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Real Estate Purchase Agreement dated October 7, 2013,
for the acquisition of 217-219 Jefferson Street in the amount of
$87,000.00, plus up to $10,000.00 in city environmental and
closing costs, and legally described as follows:
Original Plat Waterloo West Southeast 30 feet Lot 8
Block 4, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
by and between BBS Real Estate Holdings, LLC of Waterloo, Iowa
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day f October, 2013.
