RESOLUTION NO. 2013-804
RESOLUTION APPROVING REAL ESTATE PURCHASE
AGREEMENT WITH OPERATION THRESHOLD OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Real Estate Purchase Agreement dated October 7, 2013,
for the acquisition of 300 West 3rd Street in the amount of
$400,000.00, plus up to $10,000.00 in city environmental and
closing costs, and legally described as follows:
Lots Nos. 1, 2, and the Southeasterly 40 feet of Lot
No. 3, in Block No. 14, in the Original Plat, on the
West Side of the Cedar River, in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa;
by and between Operation Threshold of Waterloo, Iowa and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of October, 2013.
