Summary Statement: This vehicle will replace a full size van for the Police Lab

Background Information: The van to be replaced is a 2002 Ford, significantly corroded and
inefficient to handle the amount of equipment required at any individual crime scene. Normal
replacement schedule for this type vehicle is 100K mileage and/or 12 years of age.
