the Clty Clerk o1 the City of Waterloo.
Iowa. at her office in the City Hall of
the said City an the 10th day of Sep-
tember 2026, untll 1:00 p.m. for the
construction of the South Waterloo
Business Park Improvements, City
Contract No. 1129. as described In de-
tail in the plans and specifications now
on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
OPENING OF BIDS
All proposals received will be opened
in the Harold E. Getty Council Cham-
bers at City Hall, In the City of Wa-
terloo, lowa, an the 10th day of Sep-
tember 2026, at 1:00 p.m., and the
proposals will be acted upon at such
later time and place as may then be
fixed by the City Council. The bid
opening will be livestreamed on You -
Tube and made available on the City
webslte.
PUB11C HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Council
of said City will conduct a public hear-
ing an the proposed plans, specifica-
tions, form o1 contract, and estimate
of cost for the construction of the
above -described Improvement project
at 5.30 p.m. on the 21st day of Sep-
tember 2026, said hearing to be held
In the Harold E. Getty Council Cham-
bers in City Hall in said City. The pro-
posed plans, specifications, form of
contract, and estimate of cost for sald
improvements heretofore prepared by
AECOM are now on file in the office of
the Clty Clerk for public examination,
and any person interested therein
may file written abjection thereto with
the Clty Clerk before the date set for
said hearing or appear and make
objection thereto with the City Clerk
before the date set for said hearing or
appear and make objectlon thereto at
the meeting above set forth.
SCOPE OF WORK
Work under this Contract entails the
construction of the Arsborough Ave-
nue Roundabout at US 20 Eastbound
Ramps and street, water, sewer im-
provements for the new South Water-
oo Business Park —Phase 1.

of Chapter 26 of the Clty Code of Iowa
and upon order to the City of Water-
