RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO
TRAFFIC CONTROL CORPORATION OF ANKENY, IOWA,
FOR PURCHASE OF SIX (6) SOLAR-POWERED RADIO
CONTROLLED FLASHING BEACONS, UST-8155 (703)-
4A-7, IN THE AMOUNT OF $27, 570 . 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Traffic Control Corporation of Ankeny, Iowa,
in the amount of $27, 570 . 00, for the Purchase of Six (6) Solar-
Powered Radio Controlled Flashing Beacons, UST-8155 (703)-4A-7,
described in the specifications heretofore adopted by this
Council for said purchase, after public hearing on published
notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being
the lowest bid received for said purchase.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of July, 2008 .
