RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR
EXCEPTION TO BURNING YARD WASTE FROM HARTMAN
RESERVE NATURE CENTER DIRECTOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Exception to Burning Yard Waste from the
Hartman Reserve Nature Center Director, to burn approximately
26.3 acres of prairie grass located in 7 areas within the Hartman
Reserve Nature Center during the period of October - December
2013, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of October, 2013.
