RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING REQUEST
FOR PROPOSAL DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC.
FOR RECYCLING SERVICES .
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
Superintendent of Waste Management Services to prepare and file
Request for Proposal document, form of contract, etc . for
Recycling Services, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Waste Management Services has
filed said Request for Proposal document, form of contract, etc . ,
and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered
the same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said Request for Proposal document, form of
contract, etc . , be, and the same is hereby preliminarily
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April, 2010 .
