RESOLUTION NO. 2004-863
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH WAYNE
CLAASSEN ENGINEERING AND SURVEYING, INC. AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated December 20, 2004, for engineering
services, at a cost of $227, 150 . 00, with required city match of
$113, 575. 00, in conjunction with Relocation of River Road and
Extension of Commercial Street, RM-8155 (671)-9D-07, by and
between Wayne Claassen Engineering and Surveying, Inc. of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of December, 2004 .
