RESOLUTION NO. 2004-73
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION IN CONJUNCTION
WITH RELOCATION OF RIVER ROAD AND EXTENSION
OF COMMERCIAL STREET, RM-8155 (671)-9D-07, AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement for RISE funding in the amount of
$1, 359, 424 . 00, with local match of $1, 359, 423 . 00, dated February
16, 2004 , in conjunction with relocation of River Road and
extension of Commercial Street, RM-8155 (671)-9D-07, by and between
Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of February, 2004 .
