RESOLUTION NO. 2013-816
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2014
TRIPLE COMBINATION PUMPER (FIRE TRUCK).
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Public Works Director of said City to
prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Purchase of One
(1) 2014 Triple Combination Pumper (Fire Truck), in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Director did file said
preliminary specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Purchase of One
(1) 2014 Triple Combination Pumper (Fire Truck), which were
preliminarily approved by Resolution No. 2013-719 on August 26,
2013, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
October 14, 2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
Purchase of One (1) 2014 Triple Combination Pumper (Fire Truck),
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of October, 2013.
