Source of Funds: IDOT grant funding 10o%through Iowa Department of
Transportation(IDOT)Vertical Infrastructure program and I-jobs.

Alternative
Background Information: Council previously approve IDOT grant and contract
award for this project. IDOT historically provides approximately $110,00o for vertical
infrastructure. The Airport has had a multi year program to replace 35-year-old hangar
doors under the IDOT vertical infrastructure program. It is the only grant funding
available for this project.
