Bids must be submitted on the Waterloo Leisure Services Bid Form. Bids will be opened in open Council meeting to be held in the Council Chambers in City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa on Monday, April 12, 2010, at 5:30 PM. The City of Waterloo reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
