SUBJECT: 2010 RIGHT OF WAY MOWING

Recommended City Council Action: Request Council adopt resolutions to preliminarily approve
the bid document and specifications for the 2010 RIGHT OF WAY MOWING and to instruct
the City Clerk to publish notice of hearing on bid document, specifications, etc. and taking of
bids, and to set date of hearing and bid opening as April 12, 2010.
