RESOLUTION NO. 2009-357
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FROM ROBERT C.
HAUPTLY CONSTRUCTION CO. OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
FOR THE 2009 RIGHT-OF-WAY MOWING, IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Robert C. Hauptly Construction Co. of
Waterloo, Iowa, for the 2009 Right-of-Way Mowing, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 27th day of April,
2009, together with the accompanying bond for the faithful
performance of said contract signed by Western Surety Company of
Sioux Falls, South Dakota, as surety thereon, be, and the same is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of April, 2009 .
