RESOLUTION NO. 2009-261
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH 2009
RIGHT OF WAY MOWING.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2009-260 , specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc . , for the 2009 Right of Way
Mowing, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and
adopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
improvements be made in accordance with said specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of April, 2009 .
