RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FROM CHRISTONE
CONCRETE INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE 2008
RIVERFRONT STADIUM FIRST BASE PARTY DECK
REPLACEMENT, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Christone Concrete Inc . of Waterloo, Iowa,
for the 2008 Riverfront Stadium First Base Party Deck
Replacement, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of
the 6th day of April, 2009, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of April, 2009 .
