RESOLUTION NO. 2009-241
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FROM TRICON GENERAL
CONSTRUCTION INC. OF DUBUQUE, IOWA, FOR THE
2009 RIVERFRONT STADIUM GRANDSTAND STRUCTURAL
REPAIRS, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Tricon General Construction Inc . of Dubuque,
Iowa, for the 2009 Riverfront Stadium Grandstand Structural
Repairs, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the
23r day of March, 2009, together with the accompanying bond for
the faithful performance of said contract signed by The Hanover
Insurance Company of Worcester, Massachusetts, as surety thereon,
be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of March, 2009 .
