1111 5. AGREEMENTS: In submitting this proposal,the Contractor agrees to the following stipulations
A. Contract date will be on or after the bidding date,and Contractor will be required to hold valid all terms
4 of the proposal according to the Notice to Bidders.
B. The requirements of the Instructions to Bidders will be adhered to.

the above work,for the below stated compensation in the form prescribed in Article 8.1 of the
Supplementary Instructions to Bidders.
