CAROLYN This is to request that Council adopt resolutions to preliminarily approve the
COLE plans, specifications, and form of contract for the 2009 Riverfront Stadium
Ward, Grandstand Structural Repairs located at 850 Park Road, Waterloo IA 50703,
HAROLD and to instruct the City Clerk to publish notice of hearing on plans,
GETTY specifications, etc. and taking of bids, and to set date of hearing and bid openings
Ward 3 as February 23, 2009.
