RESOLUTION NO. 2008-374
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2008
RIVERFRONT STADIUM KITCHEN HOOD AND EXHAUST
FAN RENOVATION.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc. , for the 2008 Riverfront Stadium Kitchen Hood and Exhaust
Fan Renovation, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for
the 2008 Riverfront Stadium Kitchen Hood and Exhaust Fan
Renovation, which were preliminarily approved on April 21, 2008,
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 12,
2008 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the 2008 Riverfront Stadium Kitchen Hood and
Exhaust Fan Renovation, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and
the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of May, 2008 .
