OF BID TO RALLY APPRAISAL SERVICES OF CEDAR
RAPIDS, IOWA, FOR THE APPRAISAL OF PARCEL NO.
8913-24-308-025 OWNED BY LARSON MANAGEMENT,
LLC LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF EAST 2ND
STREET AND WALNUT STREET, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$1,200.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Rally Appraisal Services of Cedar Rapids,
Iowa, in the amount of $1,200.00, for the appraisal of Parcel No.
8913-24-308-025 owned by Larson Management, LLC located at the
intersection of East 2nd Street and Walnut Street, be and is
hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of October, 2013.
