Re: Riverfront Stadium East Concession Stand Renovations- Waterloo, IA Substantial Completion Punch List review- May 19, 2008 Upon review of the Riverfront Stadium East Concession Stand Renovations on May 19, 2008, the following deficiencies were observed in need of correction, modification or completion prior to final acceptance of this portion of the project. EXTERIOR 1) Fill mortar joints in block head and bed joints that are not full and tooled. 2) Caulk all joints of exterior blue metal panels 3) Door 07- do not install floor door stop. Do install threshold, weatherstripping and kickplate. 4) Paint exterior concrete block, H.M. Doors and frames and overhead door. 5) Install concrete flatwork and retaining walls. CORRIDOR 010 1) Patch back cold asphalt infills to be level with adjacent floors. 2) Fill mortar joints in block work with mortar that are not full and tooled 3) Repair some of the multi-scored block faces that are chipped or broken and rub/grind down some of the patched chips that have been done. HALL 008 1) Door #11- painter shall touch-up scrapes on door. 2) Paint Overhead door #01 both sides- the specification for the O.H. door calls for this door to be painted. CONCESSIONS 002 1) Openings #14 and #15- rout out top 3A" tol" of floor expansion joint and caulk with traffic bearing caulking for foot traffic. 2) Serving windows #02 and 04- install weatherstripping in track of rolling shutters at openings 02 & 04. User Notes: (389570720) RIVERFRONT STADIUM EAST CONCESSIONS RENOVATIONS WATERLOO, IOWA GENERAL CHANGE ORDER#G1 a) To furnish and install a mortise style cylinder for exterior overhead door#1 (an "add" amount of $120.00) and credit the contract to delete the hand crank on door #1 and instead provide the door as a manual door for this opening (a "deduct" amount of $120.00), there is a net no price change for this item. NO PRICE CHANGE b) To add one course of concrete block above the 7'-4" high walls and remove and repair the existing 3 ft wall between openings #15 & 16, add the amount of$614.00 to the contract sum. ADD $ 614.00 c) To provide additional framing per revised framing plan Detail A/A310 to make necessary clearance for the roll-up hood for overhead door #1, add the amount of $516.00 to the contract sum. ADD $ 516.00 d) To install ceiling grid only in rooms 001, 002, 003, 004, 005 and 008 in lieu of patching back suspended ceilings in Corridor 009 and 010, there is no price change. NO PRICE CHANGE e) To install 2" concrete topping slab in Corridor 010 in lieu of installing cold patch asphalt extending from the east side of opening #09 down to the column where corridor 011 begins (approximately 612 sq ft) and install cold patch asphalt along the new wall of Corridor 009 and 011 flush with the floor surfaces as drawn and specified, add the net amount of $1,500.00 to the contract sum. ADD $ 1,500.00 f) To delete the steel lintel and installation at opening #013, deduct the amount of $75.00 from the contract sum.
