RESOLUTION NO. 2007-976
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FROM PRAIRIE
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR
2007 RIVERFRONT STADIUM EAST CONCESSION
RENOVATION, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the .contract of Prairie Construction Company of Waterloo,
Iowa, for the 2007 Riverfront Stadium East Concession Renovation,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor Pro Tem and the City Clerk as of the
19th day of November, 2007, together with the accompanying bond
for the faithful performance of said contract signed by United
Fire and Casualty Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as surety
thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of Nov ber, 2007 .
