RESOLUTION NO. 2007-946
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2007
RIVERFRONT STADIUM EAST CONCESSION RENOVATION.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc. , for the 2007 Riverfront Stadium East Concession Renovation,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for
the 2007 Riverfront Stadium East Concession Renovation, which
were preliminarily approved on October 22, 2007, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
November 13, 2007 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the 2007 Riverfront Stadium East Concession
Renovation, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of November, 2007 .
