This is to request that Council adopt resolutions to preliminarily approve the
CAROLYN plans and specifications for 2007 Riverfront Stadium East Concession
coLE Renovation, and to instruct the City Clerk to publish notice of hearing on plans,

specifications, etc. and taking of bids, and to set date of hearing and bid opening
HAROLD as November 13, 2007.

Ward 3 This project involves enlarging the East Concession, adding a concrete Plaza
JOHN A. Area and changing the serving windows to face the Plaza Area. Funding is
KINCAID available through the CIP program for this project.
