RESOLUTION NO. 2006-386
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR TRAFFIC
SAFETY FUNDS GRANT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated May 8, 2006, for Traffic Safety Funds
grant in the amount of $50, 000 . 00, to conduct traffic safety
study at the intersection of San Marnan Drive and Flammang Drive,
by and between Iowa Department of Transportation, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of May, 2006.
