RESOLUTION APPROVING AN APPLICATION WITH THE
IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR TRAFFIC
SAFETY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FUNDING AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application dated February 10 , 1997 for Traffic Safety
Improvement Program funding in the amount of $30,000. 00 for
installation of traffic equipment at the intersection of San Marnan
Drive at Hawkeye Road (U.S. Highway 21) , by and between the Iowa
Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of February, 1997.
