Ward I RE: Change Order to Radio Communication Systems' Contract for a Traffic

Ward 2 Dear Mayor Hurley and Council Members,

I would like to request approval for a change order to increase the contract
Ward 3 amount by $9,275.25. The Change Order form explaining the change is
enclosed. The original contract amount is $21,028.95. The changes are

Ward 4
1- 42" monitor has been taken out of the contract. This cost is
RON deducted from the contract amount.
`'"ELDER 2- An antenna is added to the City Hall tower facing north to cover
Ward 5 intersections in that area.
BOB 3- A digital video recorder is added. This was an option mentioned
GREENWOOD in the proposal. This DVR is part of a complete monitoring
At-Large system. We will be able to record traffic operations during non-
ERIC working hours and review them at a later time.
GUNDERSON 4- Installation charges.
At-Large
The contract sum now will be $30,279.20. This will be paid with GO bond
money.
This item is scheduled to be on the Council Agenda Monday, July 24, 2006.
