RESOLUTION NO. 2006-290
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING LOW BID AND APPROVING
CONTRACT WITH RADIO COMMUNICATIONS INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR SAN MARNAN TRAFFIC
MONITORING SYSTEM/HAMMOND AVENUE INTERSECTION,
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the low bid of Radio Communications Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa in
the amount of $21, 028 . 95, for the San Marnan Traffic Monitoring
System/Hammond Avenue Intersection, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be accepted and contract for same, signed on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 10th day
of April, 2006, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of April, 2006.
