1. The undersigned, being a Corporation existing under the laws of the State
of Iowa , a Partnership consisting of the following partners:

affecting the cost of the work, and with the General Specifications and
Project Specifications, hereby proposes to furnish all supervision, technical
personnel, labor, materials, machinery, tools, appurtenances, equipment,
and services, including utility and transportation services required to
construct and complete this F.Y. 2003 EMERGENCY VEHICLE ACCESS AT
HIGHWAY 21/SAN MARNAN DRIVE, all in accordance with the General
