SUBJECT: F.Y. 2010 Sanitary Sewer Relocation

Recommended City Council Action: Final Acceptance and Completion of Project
Summary Statement I report that Peterson Contractors, Inc. of Reinbeck, Iowa has completed
the F.Y. 2010 Sanitary Sewer Relocation project in accordance with the plans and specifications.
The total cost of the contract was $27,162.05.

Background Information: The original contract was approved for a "time and materials" actual
cost not to exceed$35,649.17. This project included the relocation of a 10" sanitary sewer that
was in conflict with a new Canadian National Railroad bridge being constructed over No Name
Creek near Broadway Street.
