RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSAL FROM GAZAWAY AND
ASSOCIATES FOR MIRACLE EQUIPMENT IN THE AMOUNT
OF $33, 000 . 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the proposal from Gazaway and Associates of
Marshalltown, Iowa, in the amount of $33 , 000 . 00, for Miracle
Equipment in conjunction with Spring View Park Playground, after
public hearing on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid received for said
work.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 2004 .
