RESOLUTION NO. 2004-584
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC . , FOR SPRING VIEW PARK PLAYGROUND
EQUIPMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed Leisure
Services Director to prepare and file plans, specifications, form
of contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , for the
Spring View Park Playground Equipment, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said plans,
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
costs, etc . , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
having considered the same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of August, 2004 .
