RESOLUTION NO. 2006-1102
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEERING AND
SURVEYING INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated December 18, 2006,
at a cost of $22, 000 . 00, for final design of the improvements to
the East 6th Street storm pump station, by and between Wayne
Claassen Engineering and Surveying Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of December, 2006.
