HAROLD This is a request to approve the plans & specifications and set date of

Ward hearing for the Thermal Imager project for Waterloo Fire Rescue. The plans
and specifications were part of the Federal Assistance to Firefighters Grant
QUENTIN M. that was received in July and accepted by City Council on August 4th
HART Bids will be due in Nancy Eckert's office by 4:00 PM on Friday, October 24th.
Ward 4
The date of hearing and opening of bids will be October 27, 2008.
RON This is a project not to exceed $75,000.00 to be paid for with the AFG grant of
WELPER $60,000 plus a $15,000 match provided by private donations.
