RESOLUTION NO. 2009-388
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated May 4 , 2009, for a Traffic Safety Funds
grant in the amount of $250, 000 . 00, with no required local match,
for installation of guidance signs on Sergeant Road, TSF20-6 (56)-
92-07, by and between Iowa Department of Transportation and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of May, 2009 .
