RESOLUTION NO. 2013-825
RESOLUTION APPROVING COOPERATIVE SURFACE
REPAIR FORCE ACCOUNT AGREEMENT WITH CHICAGO,
CENTRAL & PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Cooperative Surface Repair Force Account Agreement dated
October 14, 2013, for the surface repair of the Nevada Street
railroad crossing, by and between the Chicago, Central & Pacific
Railroad Company and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of October, 2013.
