RESOLUTION NO. 2005-991
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH AMENT,
INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT
BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated November 7, 2005,
at a cost of $7, 000 . 00, in conjunction with preliminary and final
design services for Olympic Drive and Ansborough Avenue Traffic
Safety Improvement, by and between Ament, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November, 2005 .
