RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO
CRESCENT ELECTRIC SUPPLY CO. OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, FOR THE PURCHASE OF FOUR (4) GALVANIZED
MAST ARM POLES FOR TRAFFIC SIGNALS, EASTON
AVENUE AND HAMMOND AVENUE TRAFFIC SAFETY
IMPROVEMENTS, CONTRACT NO. CS-TSF-8155 (702)-
85-07, IN THE AMOUNT OF $11, 987 . 78 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Crescent Electric Supply Co. of Waterloo,
Iowa, in the amount of $11, 987 . 78, for the Purchase of Four (4)
Galvanized Mast Arm Poles for Traffic Signals, Easton Avenue and
Hammond Avenue Traffic Safety Improvements, Contract No. CS-TSF-
8155 (702)-85-07, described in the specifications heretofore
adopted by this Council for said purchase, after public hearing
on published notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted,
the same being the lowest bid received for said purchase.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of June, 2009 .
