RESOLUTION NO. 2007-952
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR
PROPOSAL DOCUMENT IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
WATERLOO TREE INVENTORY PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare Request for Proposal Document for the Waterloo Tree
Inventory Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
Request for Proposal Document for the Waterloo Tree Inventory
Project, which was preliminarily approved on October 1, 2007, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
November 13, 2007 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said Request for Proposal Document for the
Waterloo Tree Inventory Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be, and the same is hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of November, 2007 .
