RESOLUTION NO. 2007-953
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
WATERLOO TREE INVENTORY PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2007-952, Request for Proposal
Document for the Waterloo Tree Inventory Project, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, has been approved and adopted by this Council
after the hearing prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
improvements be made in accordance with said specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of November, 2007 .
