MEMBERS The Waterloo Leisure Services would like to make the recommendation to approve the
attached GIS Data Distribution Agreement between Black Hawk County, the City of
REGJyA_D A. Waterloo, and Stratapoint,Inc.

Ward I This agreement allows Stratapoint, Inc. to utilize existing data from Black Hawk
County and the City of Waterloo to help develop the tree inventory mapping for the
CAROLYN Waterloo Tree Inventory Project.

The Black Hawk County Board of Supervisors approved this agreement on January 22,
HAROLD 2008. It has also been reviewed and approved by City Attorney, Jim Walsh.
